We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Product information & Guarantees
Prices of goods and services and delivery costs displayed on this Site are current at the time of display, we reserve the right to, at any time without notice to you, revise the products and services on this Site. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with product pricing and descriptions.
We hope the information you access is helpful to you, and we have tried our best to ensure that all the information on our website is correct. However, we can’t guarantee this and therefore we don’t accept any liability in respect of this information.
All floral products are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply products that match the images and descriptions provided on the website. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our suppliers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Delivery
We deliver Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm for all business address,
Monday to Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm for all home address.
Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders must be placed before 11.00am, flowers will be delivered to business addresses prior to 5.00pm and to residential addresses prior to 6.00pm. Orders for same day delivery that are placed after 11.00am will incur an additional processing and/or delivery charge and is at the discretion of us.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, and therefore we strongly suggest a business address, or an adult be home during our delivery hours.
We may use a trusted external courier to deliver physical goods, delivery times may differ depending on the delivery company chosen. We are not responsible for goods that are not received due to no one accepting at the point of delivery.
If the recipient is not present at the Delivery Address the flowers will be left at the Delivery Address unless, in the courier’s opinion, it would not be safe to do so, in which case we will leave our calling card and so our best to deliver the gift to the agreed address the next day. It should be noted that if this is to occur, an additional delivery fee will be applied.
Cancellation and Return
We will refund 100% of the purchase price paid if you cancel an order by calling Us on (03) 9537 5335 at least 24 hours prior to the Delivery Date.
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds on orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery bracket/date.
Complaints & Refunds
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 48 hours with a valid reason for return. You can contact us during business hours to discuss further on your concerns surrounding your order.
We will not accept returns based on change of mind or design. In cases of flowers perishing within two (2) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if we produced the incorrect products, we will provide a replacement or gift certificate. However, we reserve the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
